Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt Friday Night
Wednesday, March 24th, 2010
Now that spring is officially here, that means Easter is right around the corner and there are several celebrations happening in Henry County, Georgia. This Friday, March 26th Nash Farm Battlefield and ParkĀ is hosting a Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt. Admission is free so bring the entire family for an evening of face painting, inflatables, games, crafts and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Festivities begin at 5:30pm, with Disney Radio providing music and prizes until 7:30pm. The egg hunt for the little ones (ages 2 – 5) starts at 7pm, but the big kids (ages 6 – 12) will have to wait until it gets dark to hunt for their eggs. Don’t forget to bring a flashlight and your Easter basket!
Nash Farm is a historical parkĀ located in Hampton, Georgia where the residents of Heron Bay are just a short drive from tons of family fun year round. With so many activities around Henry county and within the Atlanta golf community, it’s understandable why so many families have chosen the master-planned community. Visit Heron Bay Golf & Country Club 7 days a week to view the new homes and resort-style amenities including a full aquatic center, tennis courts, walking trails, 5-acre lake front park, Canongate Golf Course and the Cole Reservoir. With so many outdoor activities, Heron Bay residents never find themselves lacking for things to do during the warm weather we’ve been seeing recently.
