Since then, Americans across the country have come out on November 11th to honor and recognize the efforts of those who proudly served our county.

So, bring the kids to Heritage Park in McDonough between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. for hayrides, live entertainment, face painting, cookie decorating, pony rides, Santa, a tree lighting and an opportunity to meet some of the Radio Disney people. With the pretty weather, there really couldn’t be a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon during the holiday season. Plus, you’ll be out and about with your neighbors.
