On a sizzling hot August morning, the Locust Grove community Heron Bay Golf & Country Club, awoke to a sound they pleasantly remembered: new construction! Tractors turned over dirt, cement trucks poured concrete footings, craftsmen followed detailed architectural drawings to construct the five bedroom, four bath dream home, and the buzz of new construction was heard and felt all along Echo Ridge Drive.
Paramount Builders is building two beautiful new custom homes with views of the golf course and Cole Reservoir, Heron Bay’s tranquil shore. Photographs showcase the progress this talented team is delivering on the half-acre home site. Coupled with the lifestyle amenities of an 18-hole 72-par championship Canongate golf course, a lake park pavilion, tennis, swim and fitness, the Heron Bay life is waiting for you.
New opportunities are rising daily. For more information on Heron Bay, like us on Facebook, call 770.957.5633 or visit: heronbayinfo.com.
