Heron Bay a Top Selling Community in Atlanta
That’s right, you did not misread the title - Heron Bay is one of the top 10 selling subdivisions in all of Atlanta. To be specific, it is #9 on the list, which is a tremendous feat considering there were only two communities on the list from south side counties. Another factor to point out is that master-planned communities were prominent on the list, only reinforcing the fact that living in a master-planned development has endless advantages and homebuyers are now looking for those added perks when buying a new home in Atlanta. And boy does Heron Bay Golf & Country Club come with perks! Not only are the homes in this Atlanta golf community in every price range, from the $180,000s to over $1 million, and come with an exceptional list of amenities at hand, but the wonderful staff at Heron Bay goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you are happy with your home and the community in which you live. There is even a full-time activities director to plan regular neighborhood events, giving you a great chance to get involved with community and meet your neighbors. Plus, in no time at all, Heron Bay is going to have its own school for the children in the community to attend - no other subdivision on the list of the top 10 can offer that amenity. So at the end of the day, if you are not already living in this exceptional community, you need to come pick out a new home in Locust Grove and experience for yourself the many reasons that Heron Bay is one of Atlanta’s best selling subdivisions.

I am interested in Lot #62/The Cottages. The things I like about this location is the open and lighted area. I like the sunrun, which would help us to extend the great-room. It is me and my husband Ron Lawrence’s favorite of the 4 that is available, we need 3 bedrooms and at least 2 1/2 bathrooms. Our realtor Melissa Danielson, who is the realtor, has those listed. Melisaa is selling our house in Clayton County, it has to sell first. Do you except contingents? We are looking to downsize, (just me and my husband)buy a ranch style house with 2000 to 2100 square feet, no upkeep in the yard with an exception of the flowers & landscaping that I would want to do. We work a lot of hours, don’t have a lot of time for outside upkeep. The neighbor hood, only one street is very beautiful and clean. We are 55, we noticed others that were older than that, but that does not matter. We would like a gaden tub in Master, can that be added? hardwood floors in the kitchen and hall,& bathrooms, is that possible, in the same price range? We are serious buyers. We can upgrade the carpet at a later date. Also I would like a refrigerator to match appliances, stanless steel, w/water and ice dispenser. Is this house wired for an alarm system? sprinkler system? Expand the floor in the attic for more storage? When you have guest over where do they park? I would like to know the convenants? What is the Annual maintenace fees, and what does that include? Are you allowed to use the facilities in each comunnity @ Heron Bay? Is you prices neogitable? with all of the changes I asking for, is it doable? Please advise ASAP,Thank you,Kathy Lawrence404-557-0043-Mobile770-477-7096-Home770-506-0815-Work
